Cut in a relaxed silhouette and crafted from brushed 480gsm heavyweight American fleece cotton, the Tales of the Griot Hoodie offers structure, weight, and a controlled drape. Finished in a soft vintage black tone, the fabric carries a lived-in depth. 

Made in Portugal by selected manufacturers, the piece reflects a considered approach to material and construction. The dense fleece holds its form while remaining comfortable in wear.

The back graphic references our signature Tales of the Griot narrative.

Finished with a double-layer hood and ribbed cuffs and hem, the hoodie balances presence with longevity.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving your goods for your online purchases. You must notify us of your return within this period. Refunds and exchanges will only be given on items returned within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Return Conditions
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags attached.

Return Process
To return an item, please contact us at info@alkebulan.com to inform us of your wish to return your order along with your order number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items / Damaged in Transit
If goods are faulty or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 14 days of delivery along with photographic evidence and description of the damage. We will replace or refund the item at our discretion.

Items that are returned as faulty and are showing signs of damage which are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious or wearer related damages.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receipt and approval of the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All products bought on sale or at discounted prices will be refunded in full via store/online credit.

Exclusions
Some promotional or final-sale items may be non-returnable. If so, this will be clearly communicated at purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

In the event that you haven't received a refund yet, first check your account balance with the payment method you used. Please note that it always takes some processing time before a refund is issued. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Please be aware that delivery times are longer during sales periods due to the high volume of orders.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information where available. You are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery address details.
