Faulty Items / Damaged in Transit
If goods are faulty or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 14 days of delivery along with photographic evidence and description of the damage. We will replace or refund the item at our discretion.

Items that are returned as faulty and are showing signs of damage which are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious or wearer related damages.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of receipt and approval of the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All products bought on sale or at discounted prices will be refunded in full via store/online credit.

Exclusions
